Phone’s email interface is cutomized by Samsung which totaly sucks and removes all the cool microsoft outlook functionality including ability to see folders other than inbox and inbox can not be searched and many other issues with this phone. Also, when you write to Samsung support, they don’t support and mostly not respond to you, their website doesn’t have any updates or useful information either.

Besides that, I would also advise stayingaway from [. . . ] for two key reasons – very poor cusotmer service and secondly, I had posted my comments for the phone on their website which they very conveniently removed after a week.

My experience with the Omnia 2 has been terrible.
1. The first one I bought after only 2 days of use and without having been dropped, squeezed or crushed presented a crack in the lens (the cover that protects the screen). I suppose it was delivered flawed by the seller(I didn’t buy it through amazon. com). They didn’t respond to my claims saying that I must have dropped the phone (Which I insist I didn’t)
2. The buttons on the bottom (accept and end call) after only 2 month of use don’t “click” anymore and sometimes even get stucked pushed down. I took it to a repair service where they fixed it, but after only a few days the problem reappeared.
3. Not being a hardware problem my experience with WinMo 6. 5 has been really bad. It is even more sluggish than WinMo 6. 1, but I don’t know if that’s due to Samsung’s UI. It seems that Microsoft has repeated the usual trend that every other software version is flawed.

In summary I suppose I got a faulty device and therefore am writing this review from my personal experience. I strongly recommend not to buy this cel.
